Polish manor-house built  in 1863 entered into the register of monuments under registration number 842 / A, picturesquely situated on the banks of the Warta River in the town of Góra , 5 km north of Śrem and about 38 km south of Poznan, on the edge of Rogaliński Park.

Manor- house  is located in the historic landscaped park with an area of ​​approximately 8.26 ha of magnificent old plantes and trees including more than 400-year-old oaks and oldest linden tree in Wielkopolska.

Manor-house  and park directly adjacent to the bank of the Warta River with beautiful views of the natural pool of the river.

At a distance of about 2km from the manor, in the village Jaszkowo, is one of the better known in Wielkopolska   centers of horse ridding , conducted for many years by Antoni Chłapowski.

The total area of ​​the property is about 1900 m2, with a barrel vaulted cellars occupy about 400 m2, 500m2 ground floor, first floor 500 m2 and 500 m2 attic.

3. a new roof truss with the feathers of the copper sheet was laid 4.the roof was  covered with a new ceramic tile 5. throughout the facility a new water and sewerage systems, electrical, fire protection, alarm and TV, and air-conditioning in the attic was installed 6. a new city water connections, gas network, new electric and telephone cables were adjusted to the building and it was connected to sewage system 7.new plaster and stucco work on the ground floor was made

8. new boiler room and two new furnaces were installed 9. a new oak window frames and doors were installed 10. the facade of the building was completely renovated,  new exterior plaster

11.the whole area was fenced As part of renovation work carried out the ground floor area was fully finished (oak parquet floors, bathrooms, interior doors, woodwork, stucco, painting). Surfaces on the other floors must be finished . All repair work so far has been done with the utmost care and use of best materials, according to the curator of the historical monuments. The park was cleaned and maintained in good condition.
